Do you have it on one specific project or any project?

A possibility is that your anti virus software removes it, maybe you can check the logs?

You can also try to run php -S localhost:8000 -t public from the root of your project, then you also get the build in PHP server. ( 8000 is the port it runs, that can be changed if wanted)

thank you very much, I solved the problem already and you are right it was my anti virus which deleted my file👌😊
