Udemy provides very nice course on becoming a full stack developer with Laravel as a backend.

You should start there.

As for JavaScript it is recommended in my opinion, but eventually start considering a JS library framework such as Vue.JS, React.JS or any other.

Start with the basic authentication such as Breeze then start growing by Learning API with laravel sanctum and/or passport.

Again all of this is available on Udemy and courses and almost always 14.99$/19.99$ each.

If you are more of a hands-on learner Start with these one (helped me greatly) : https://www.udemy.com/user/easy-learning-7/

If you are more a self-taught/try it out yourself, start with this one : https://www.udemy.com/course/master-laravel-6-with-vuejs-fullstack-development/?src=sac&kw=Laravel+vue+inertia

They all start with Laravel 9 and they get down to business and show you what you need.

Cheers :)
