I would have to say Digitalocean for sure. They have very affordable server droplets which could easily run most web applications. If you need a little more power, you could update the server config to include more of the specs you need. Of course you will pay more, but it would be worth it. Or you could so "serverless" hosting with Laravel vapor. Just know that serverless doesn't actually mean there is no server. It just means the platform you are using is taking care of everything including the scaling for you. As a developer, I prefer more control of the server and typically enjoy using either digitalocean or linode. Give them a shot!
