First of all there are some errors: models/Category.php on line 7:
pubic static $rules = arry('name' => 'required|min:3');
it should be:
public static $rules = array('name' => 'required|min:3');
and try to access the admin/categories like ...index.php/admin/categories
delete that index.php file
in main.blade.php are also a lot of syntax errors
