i have fixed the Problem, for anyone Else looking, you can get the fiellds from wherehas When you query it like this:
$query = (new Booking)->newQuery();
$query->with('booking_group', function ($query) use ($data) {
$query->where('booking_group.zip',$data['zip']);
});
$res = $query->get(array('partner_id','booking_group.id'));
