No. Why would you have nested forms? There is no need for that. If you want delete all option, just make another process in php for that.

In my page I have 2 ways of deleting the first way is to delete it individually and the second way is to select a couple of checkboxes and click the delete button on top.
I can't think of any other way to do it.
