that's strange. fileinfo ext should be there by default. i suggest you first take another clone of the homestead repo and run vagrant up
if it does not work, delete your current box and re-download the homestead box again and run vagrant up.

I tried but still no luck, Is there a way I can just manually put the file on the box?
Any one can give some ideas on this please ? For now temporarily I stopped using image intervention but its kind of very inconvenient, any help would be much appreciated.
