You can contact them, see the Help tab below (it's at this page at least: https://forge.laravel.com/auth/register) Provide them with as much info as you can and I'm sure they'll look into it, as it is a paid service.

I have contacted them but no reply as yet.
Trying to provision another server now, had the reboot message over an hour ago now. No new messages since.
Anyone else having any difficulties?

Finally got this sorted, it was because I initially chose to use Bitbucket rather than Github so when I was trying to provision the server Bitbucket would not accept the token.
Maybe useful to add a feature to remove tokens in the Forge control panel.
