You're the ambassador! Get out there and talk to the developers you know and tell them why Laravel is awesome and what the framework as well as the community has to offer. Make up a little sheet of resources you can email out or whatever to get someone pointed in the right direction, that's gives them something actionable they can look at without a bunch of google searching!

Another idea is to make a group on Linkedin.com. You can be the founder of your group and invite other developers to join your group and contribute.
