I don't think you want to do this with htaccess - You will need to update your httpd.conf or vhosts to point to /website1/public_html rather than /public_html
If you are using a control panel you can probably do this when setting up the domain, I know you can define the path for a domain when creating addon domains in cpanel...
Okay I will try this solution or I have an other Idea for folder structure, I will mark your message as solution because it's the best thing to do If I don't want problems in future
