What version of Laravel do you have installed? Unless you are on 5.0 there isn't one.

I use Laravel 5 and not "registrar" file.
I solved the problem. Solution ; the file url "APP\HTTP\CONTROLLER\AUTH\AUTHCONTOLLER"

There are 3 versions of 5: 5.0, 5.1 and 5.2. Based on your screenshot you are not on 5.0.
NP. The registrar was removed, that is all just part of your AuthController now. Glad you found what you were looking for.
