If you are ok with PHP 5.4 (Laravel 5.0), try Openshift (https://www.openshift.com). I have a couple of projects hosted with them, and am very satisfied with the features, performance and up-time.

for learning purposes you can use heroku it's free but the server is online for a few hours.
