Is the mcrypt php extension installed on the server ?
Also, when you say "after i partially replaced the content with same length" do you mean for the forums or that you modified the key value in the .env file
Hi, did you find a solution to this? Generating the key and stuff is not my problem.
In my case, this is totally random!!!
I execute an ajax GET request against a URL and sometimes it gives me a 500 error with those messages in laravel.log.
But sometimes it works (returns my data).
Oddly, if I keep refreshing that URL in my browser, it works 100% of the time, so that's got to be something on the way the server is handling ajax requests.
