If you can, you should install laravel in the root of you public folder and point apache to your public folder.

If you want to create a custom url you can use a route.

Route::group(['prefix' => 'mti'], function(){
    Route::any('client', 'ClientsController@index');
    Route::any('admin', 'AdminController@index');
});

The index method and ClientsController and AdminController should return a a view.
