The error is different every time. For most of the time it is unexpected end of file. My XAMPP only has one php version installed...
New discovery: Every time I have the syntax error(eg. unexpected end of file), I do the php artisan dump-autoload command and the problem is solved without having to reboot the computer.
But I still have this syntax error quite frequently... How can I fix it?
