Here is the solution:
@foreach($oir as $key => $oiref)
<?php $oir1[] = $oiref->Field1;
?>
Get the value in $oir1[] variable. Then echo that variable in data
data: [<?php echo join($oir1, ',') ?>]
Like wise create variable and pass it to data. Important is close @endforeach in last.
This will work.
