If your still using the default AuthController, there is a validation line that references the users table.
You will need to update this : 'email' => 'required|email|max:255|unique:users',
/**
* Get a validator for an incoming registration request.
*
* @param array $data
* @return \Illuminate\Contracts\Validation\Validator
*/
protected function validator(array $data)
{
return Validator::make($data, [
'name' => 'required|max:255',
'email' => 'required|email|max:255|unique:users',
'password' => 'required|confirmed|min:6',
]);
}
thank u so much for reply.i have tried this but its not getting me logged in. please help
